About Us

Oxon Conversions was established in 2005 and since then has offered a specialist turn key building service from full Computer Aided Design including everything required to gain any planning permissions and full building regulations approval to the completion of the whole project ready for our customers to move in and enjoy their new spaces.
We cover everything from bespoke new build houses to desirable home extensions of all shapes and sizes but unlike many other normal building companies we specialise in the conversion of loft spaces to make beautiful new rooms most customers didn't think possible.

We pride ourselves on customer service and professionalism and over the years have built a large organised, well managed team that we believe can provide an innovative building service that truly reflects the needs and requirements of our customers.

Our Story

The business was created by the owners who all started their building careers many years ago as apprentices in their chosen trades so we now benefit from over 40 years of experience in multiple sectors of the building industry but most of which has been spent building and renovating customers property so this is why we now feel we offer an unrivalled service in this sector and as you can imagine over this period of time it would be fair to say we have probably come across every scenario.

Since we very first started it was our goal to build a conscientious skilled team of employees covering all trades that would break the stereotype of building companies to prove that if you pick the right company to do the work a building project does not need to be a stressful experience and we are very proud to say we have achieved this by working alongside our customers as a team to create their new spaces.

Because of this we now have hundreds of completed projects and satisfied customers all over Oxfordshire that you would be more than welcome to go and visit to ask questions about the service we provide and see the quality of workmanship you should expect all of which is backed with a guarantee.

Our Approach

Because of our wealth of experience we are confident in being able to offer our customers exactly what they are looking for, we pride ourselves on involving all of our customers in the design of their project as much as they wish whilst sharing our own ideas and expertise so when the project has been completed everything possible has been done to create exactly what they want, we have always worked with our customers as a team not as individuals which creates a very positive stress free working environment for all involved ending with the project being an exciting enjoyable experience not a stressful one.

From start to finish it is of paramount importance to us that there will be as little disturbance as possible to both our customers and their neighbours as these are their homes which means keeping the entire site clean and tidy at all times and making sure that when work is carried out in a property dust sheets and floor protection will always be used and when necessary dust screens built.

We are very proud of the team we have created and what they are now capable of achieving, we have had many apprentices come through the ranks of the business starting where the owners did at the very bottom, many of them are now fully qualified competent trades people who excel at what they do and who have our customers and the companies best interests at heart, we are still massive advocates of apprenticeships and encouraging the younger generation to do a trade so we still employ at least one each year.

We employ every trade so we can genuinely offer a personal service to our customers that many companies who subcontract the majority of the project out to others can't, each of our projects have dedicated site managers and project managers available at all times should our customers need to discuss anything at all with them.
