New Build 2 Bedroom Chalet Style Bungalow in Oxford
We built this charming little new build property for one of our best customers who we have also carried out multiple loft conversions for as well as a large new wing to their own property.
The new property is built in what was the rear garden of one the customers rental properties so we first had to obtain planning permission and get building regulations approval for a new build before the project could start.
The new design and materials had to be sympathetic to the area in Headington so a subtle red brick and clay tile we use a lot in the Oxford area was chosen that also goes very well with the ever popular new grey windows and doors.
Internally the property offers a very good size living area with access to the rear garden, a more than ample kitchen space and a disabled access bathroom on the ground floor, the 1st floor consists of 2 very good size double bedrooms and a shower room.
This was another turn key project for us so other than our customer choosing the colour of the kitchen and floor coverings the rest was down to us including all landscaping requirements so the keys were handed over in plenty of time for the new tenants to move in and make it their new home.
